• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

• ProActive Cleaning Solutions is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers should ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Valuables or fragile items should be secured before cleaning begins.
• Clear communication is required for special requests or restrictions.
